James Damon is a valued employee because he lets us all sleep at night. His role is that of Night Watchman. We can all rest assured when James is on watch to unload new arrivals, and keep unwanted visitors out. Some think think a night watchman is not a vital role in the success of a feed yard, however I don't. His duties are many including haying new arrivals, watching the water wells and mill boiler, mowing, watering feed alleys, weighing trucks, operating tractors and loaders, and blowing bunks after receiving moisture. James was transferred from the maintanence department three years ago and loves to work and night.
